【解説】 **台信遼「Shape of Wind」**（2021） The Shakuhachi 5 公募曲 　この作品では、尺八の持つ多彩な音色――特に息音と楽音のあいだの細やかなグラデーション――に焦点を当て、それらの組み合わせによって生み出される、様々な形象が探求されています。尺八の伝統的な奏法を異なる文脈の中に取り込んだり、独奏曲ではあまり用いられないような微弱な音も、素材として利用されています。息音から派生した音の断片が、さまざまな音響体を形成していくさまを感じていただけたらと思います。（台信遼）

*Ryo Dainobu : Shape of Wind* (2021) This piece focuses on the shakuhachi’s diverse timbres, especially the fine gradations between the breath sound and the musical tones—exploring various soundscapes created through their combinations. Traditional shakuhachi playing techniques are incorporated into different contexts, and subtle sounds that are rarely found in solo pieces are also used as materials. I hope you feel how the fragments of sounds derived from the breath gradually forming various acoustic bodies. (Ryo Dainobu)
