富山県出身。
武蔵野音楽大学器楽学科トランペット専攻卒業。
写真家・映像作家・録音編集者として、多様なアーティストと共創しながら音楽と視覚表現を横断する作品を手掛ける。
◆ 経歴・制作活動
2010～2024年
故・横田義彰が立ち上げたインディーズレーベル ジパングプロダクツ（株式会社 現音舎）に所属。
約30作品以上の邦楽から現代音楽やアヴァンギャルド音楽のアルバム制作に携わり、撮影・デザイン・映像・録音編集など幅広い制作実務を担う。
これまでにROSCO「てふてふもつれつつかげひなた」、EMiKO VOiCE「Carta」、Barchetta「Viaggio」、紡ぐ糸「語れ、ムーサ」、
菊地秀夫「刹那の慣習」、The Shakuhachi 5「The Shakuhachi 5」など、多くのアーティストのポートレート、ライブ撮影、ジャケット写真を担当。

Maki Takagi
Photographer / Video Artist / Recording & Editing Engineer
Born in Toyama, Japan.
Graduated from Musashino Academia Musicae (Trumpet Performance).
Takagi works across photography, film, and sound, creating visual and sonic narratives in close collaboration with musicians and composers. Her works are known for their delicate atmosphere, precise musical sensitivity, and strong visual identity. She has become a trusted creative partner for many leading performers in Japan’s contemporary and classical music scenes.

From 2010 to 2024, Takagi worked at Zipangu Products (GENONSHA Inc.), the independent label founded by the late Yoshiaki Yokota.
She contributed to the production of over 30 albums, covering photography, visual design, video production, and audio editing.
